The goal

As a global pioneer in optics, ZEISS’s laser correction technology has been widely adopted for years. In 2023, the brand new laser procedure SMILE® pro was introduced, which reduces the operation time on each eye from around 25 seconds to around 10 seconds. Through PR events, ZEISS aims to educate the public about the procedure’s benefits, while attracting more potential customers.

 

The Strategy

Voltage X decided to employ an interactive mobile truck to promote SMILE® pro. In addition to introducing the new procedure, the truck also provided free screening for the public, drawing in a group that can potentially undergo the procedure. From designing the slogan, the truck and a mini game to coordinating promoters, Voltage X coordinated every detail of the event.

 

 

The Result

The mini game designed by Voltage X showcased SMILE® pro’s advantages, leaving a lasting impression on participants. The screening successfully identified potential customers for ZEISS, making their resource allocation more efficient. In 26 days, the campaign has successfully raised awareness for the new procedure.

The Goal 

To introduce Wellcome’s new stamp reward program and its KOIZUMI kitchenware lineup, while building anticipation and buzz before the official launch, with relevant content and visuals. 

 

The STRATEGY

After understanding the features of the redeemable products, Voltage X decided to use ‘靈活小煮意’ as the redemption programme’s slogan. Spanning across Christmas and New Years, the campaign adopted red as the theme colour. Voltage X was actively involved in all aspects of the campaign’s development, including kitchenware arrangement, photography, image editing, and social media feed composition.  
 

 

The Result

Booths, posters, foam boards, and other promotional materials are seen in over 280 stores across all districts, whereas the stamp reward programme saw a popular success.

Announcing the grand opening of its first LOJEL Lab store in Hong Kong, LOJEL,a global brand of carry essentials, aims to increase its market share in Hong Kong. Known as a luggage brand, LOJEL looks to reinvent its image into a travel essential brand, while securing its media exposure. Additionally, the brand is launching ‘Cubo Refresh’, a descendant of the iconic Cubo line, with a corresponding Christmas campaign.

Strategy

Voltage X organised and managed the product showcase for V-ZUG’s newest product line in Hong Kong, ‘The Excellence Line. Voltage X used PR strategies and channels to obtain a wave of media exposure to promote the key message of the debut of ‘The Excellence Line’ and gain attraction and conversation around it’s product showcase. Voltage X also provided event management and social media management services on top of the media relations services. Voltage X aided in media previews and tastings as well as building up of the V-ZUG brand via Facebook management and Instagram management.

 

Key Result

As a result, Voltage X obtained an average of over HKD 170 thousand PR value earned from each media coverage, together with a total of 1,946,477 in circulation/unique visitors per month across all media publications. Originally, IUIGA focused on online business and officially developed as a diversified online-to-offline brand upon the opening of its first flagship store in Singapore. In November 2021, IUIGA officially expanded and opened it’s first franchise in Hong Kong. 

 

Strategy

Voltage X provided event management and public relation services to IUIGA to aid in the organisation, planning and event management of IUIGA’s grand opening event for their first franchised shop in Hong Kong. Voltage X also provided services for media store previews and KOL workshops via press release write up and pitching and KOL management for an increase in word-of-mouth marketing to promote the brand launch in Hong Kong through key messaging from media exposure and coverages.

Oribe also flew in a world renowned hairstylist to demonstrate Oribe’s new hair care collection products and style our guests and VIPs, which created extra online exposure. 

 

Key Result
